Unlawful Acts Constituting Disorderly Conduct, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Complainant:  20 year old Hoopeston female

Arrested:    Gage Fouse (23) Hoopeston male

Details:    HPD officers were called to the above location for a report of an unknown male

   wearing a mask and knocking on the complainant’s door displaying a gun. 

   Officers found Mr. Fouse who admitting to being at the apartment, but he did

   not have a gun.  The witness identified subject, he was arrested and taken to

   HPD.  He was later released on a notice to appear in city court.

Location: 300 blk Dice Street

Details: Fire Department was dispatched for strong smell of gas coming from 

inside and outside the above location.  Ameren also responded.

Homeowner on scene, gas turned off.

 

 

 

Possession of Cannabis 30 -500g, Possession with the Intent to Deliver, 

Driving While License Suspended, Failure to Register Sex Offender

Location: 900 blk E Main

Arrested: Andrew W. Williamson (28) of Danville

Details: HPD responded to above location for an occupied vehicle in a field.

Upon arrival a computer check on the driver returned with a suspended

Illinois driver’s license and that he was a non compliant registered sex offender. Upon further check, cannabis was found on

the subject’s body along with a large amount of cash.  He was 

transported to HPD where he was processed and later taken to PSB

for arraignment.
