Arrested: Kochell, Helen C (F) (86) of Fowler Indiana 

Details: Hoopeston Police was summoned to IGA reference to a female in custody for theft from the business.   The arrestee was followed to HPD where she was processed and released on a Notice to Appear in Hoopeston City Court.

Unit #2: 2008 Ford Focus driven by Eleanor Mann (85) of Hoopeston

Details: While in parking lot Unit 1 backed into Unit 2 that was parked 

behind it.
