Details: HFD responded to the above location in reference to a CO detector going off in the residence.

 

 

Criminal Damage to Auto H18-0956

Time:    09:12 AM 

Location: 400 block S Market Street 

Complainant: 23 year old Hoopeston Woman 

Details: HPD was requested to investigate the complaint of damage done to the complainant’s car while it was parked in the area overnight.  

 

 

 

Cannabis Prohibited (City Ord) H18-0957

Time: 11:30 AM 

Location: Centennial Manor Apartment Building 426 E Honeywell Ave.

Complainant: Vermilion County Housing Authority 

Arrested: Foster, Vicki Lee (F) (55) of Hoopeston 

Details: At the above time, Hoopeston PD responded to a complaint of strong odor of cannabis coming from an apartment in the complex. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the arrestee had admitted to consuming the product. She was mailed a Notice to Appear.  

 

 

Burglary to Auto H18-0967

Time: 7:49pm

Location: 700 block of E. Thompson 

Complainant: 18 year old Hoopeston female

Details: Complainant contacted HPD when person(s) unknown took a hover board from her vehicle without her knowledge or permission. An investigation continues.
