Arrested:        Cynthia Burk (55) Hoopeston female

Details:          Complainant contacted HPD in reference to an ongoing issue with Ms. Burk

                      harassing her.  Upon arrival, subject was standing on the complainant’s

                      property.  She was arrested, taken to HPD and processed.  She was later

                      released with a notice to appear in city court.

 

 

Domestic Battery, Interfering with the Report of Domestic Violence, Obstructing/Resisting a Peace Officer                             V18-2182

Location:        600 blk S 4^th Street

Complainant:  Hoopeston Police Department

Arrested:        Daniel J Hamilton (45) of Hoopeston

Details:          Officers responded to above location for a Domestic Battery in progress.

                      Upon arrival male subject on the scene did not comply with several orders

                      given to him by responding officers.  Subject was taken into custody after

a struggle.  He was transported to HPD where he was booked on the above        charges and transported to PSB for arraignment.
