Complainant:  59 year old Hoopeston female

Arrested:        Lucas Morgeson (34) Hoopeston male

                      Olivia Strawser (24) Hoopeston female

Details:          Complainant contacted HPD because she received information that unknown

                      subjects were in her residence.  HPD officers went inside property to find

                      arrested individuals.  They were taken to HPD, processed and later released

                      with a notice to appear in county court.

Complainant:  59 year old Hoopeston female

Arrested:        Lucas Morgeson (34) Hoopeston male

Details:          Complainant contacted HPD in reference to a theft of several items.  Upon

                      investigation, other stolen items were recovered within Mr. Morgeson’s

                      belongings.  He was arrested and later taken to PBS to await arraignment.
