Unit #1:                          Unknown – left the scene.

Unit #2:                          2018 Chevrolet truck owned by Eric Brackmann of Hoopeston

Details:                          Unit #1 struck Unit #2 while Unit #2 was unoccupied and did damage before leaving the scene. An investigation continues.

 

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Ord Viol)     H18-1918

Arrested:                        Zachary Burton (22) of Hoopeston

Details:                          While on patrol, officers stopped a vehicle being driven by Mr. Burton. Mr. Burton was transported to HPD where he was charged with the above, processed and released with a NTA.

Location:                        700 block of E. Penn

Arrested:                        Elyscha C. Wells (20) of Hoopeston

Details:                          Known to have a warrant, Mr. Wells was located at the above location. Mr. Wells was taken to HPD where he was processed, and later transported to the PSB.
