Details:       Ms. Cahill was given a notice to appear and city court date when her dog was

                   found running loose in the area.

Unit #1:       2007 Ford pickup driven by Kevin Martin (58) (M) of Hoopeston

Unit #2:       2004 Chevrolet pickup driven by Dustin Wells (24) (M) of Hoopeston

Details:       While driver of Unit 1 was backing from a parking spot on the east side of

                   Centennial Manor Apartments, it struck Unit 2 which was traveling

                   southbound on 4^th St, causing damage to passenger side of Unit 2.  No injuries.

                   Driver of Unit 1 was cited for Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
