Details: Officers responded to the above in reference to an underage party.

Officers cited the above for unlawful assembly, except Jamie Moser who was cited for Keeping or Maintaining Disorderly House.

No Valid Driver’s License, Operating Uninsured Vehicle H18-2768

Time: 1:55am

Location: 3^rd St/McCracken

Arrested: Brandon Grills (18) Hoopeston male

Details: HPD officers performed a traffic stop on the vehicle Mr. Grills was driving

after observing a traffic violation. A computer check revealed that subject

had no valid driver’s license. He was arrested and taken to HPD for processing.

He was later released on a notice to appear in traffic court.

Warrant Arrest H18-2769 V18-4576

Time: 4:41am

Location: 302 N Market St, Good Shepard Lutheran Church

Arrested: Donald Underwood (33) Hoopeston male

Details: While on patrol, HPD officers found Mr. Underwood at the above location. A

computer check revealed that he had an outstanding Marion County, IN warrant.

He was arrested and taken to HPD for processing. He was later transported to

the PSB in Danville to await extradition.
