Unit 2:                  Parked 2015 Chevy Utility owned by Mark Schaumburg of Hoopeston

Details:                 Unit 1 was backing from a parking spot in the parking lot and struck Unit 2.  Mrs. Knapp came to HPD after learning of the damage and provided information and insurance. No tickets were issued.
