Unit #1:       2006 Ford Van driven by Carl Houser (M) (53) of Hoopeston

Unit #2:       2004 Chrysler Van owned by Richard Coffey (M) of Hoopeston

Details:       While traveling eastbound on Young Ave, the driver of Unit #1 struck

                   a parked and unoccupied Unit #2 which was on the south side of the road

                   against the curb.  No injuries were reported, no tickets issued and both

                   vehicles are insured.

Location:       609 W. Main St, John Greer Elementary

Complainant:  34 year old Hoopeston female

Cited:             Phil Bailey, JR (31) Hoopeston male

Details:          HPD officers were called to the above location in reference to a possible

                      domestic situation.  An investigation led to citing Mr. Bailey for his use

                      of inappropriate language and erratic driving while children were present.

                      Subject was given a notice to appear in city court.
