Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)  H18-5592   V18-9065

Arrested:     Joshua Kempen (28)(M) of Hoopeston

Details:       HPD officers stopped the vehicle Mr. Kempen was driving for a traffic

                   violation.  Upon investigation, methamphetamine was found.  Subject was

                   arrested and taken to HPD to be processed.  He was later transported to the PSB in

                   Danville to await arraignment.  Subject was also given a traffic citation for No

                   Proof of Insurance.

Complainant:        41 year old Hoopeston Man

Details:       Complainant reports to HPD that person(s) unknown and without permission had done damage to his vehicle.

Details:    HFD, Arrow Amb, Rossville Fire all responded to the scene of a structure fire in the alley way Northside of Seminary Av.   No report of injuries or damages.
