Hoopeston Police Department Report 12/14/18-12/16/18

Unlawful Acts Constituting Disorderly Conduct(City Ordinance)  H18-6764

Time:          2:52pm

Location:    615 E. Orange (Hoopeston High School)

Cited:          (15) year old male juvenile of Hoopeston

Details:       Officers responded to the school in reference to the above juvenile threatening another person. After speaking with all parties, the above was charged with Unlawful Acts Constituting Disorderly Conduct. He was later released to a parent with a notice to appear in city court.

 

Driving While License Suspended, Indiana Warrant Arrest

Time:                    4:40pm

Location:              800 blk E Seminary

Arrested:              Jamie J Burton (44) of Hoopeston

Details:                 Subject was taken into custody during a traffic stop, after a computer

                             check revealed his Illinois driver’s license to be suspended and an

                             active Indiana Felony warrant 1708F6000084 for Domestic Battery.

                             After being processed at HPD he was transported to PSB to

                             await extradition from Indiana.

 

Disorderly Conduct, Resisting/Obstructing Police      H18-6806   V18-10986

Time:                    9:32 am

Location:              800 blk E Young

Complainant:        39 year old female

Arrested:              GerardoTorres (38) of Hoopeston

Details:                 Officers responded to above location for a domestic situation.

                             Upon attempting to question Gerardo, he refused to cooperate

                             and began to struggle with the officer.  He was taken into

                             custody and charged.

 

 

 

Disobeying Police Officer                           H18-6811

Time:                    3:22pm

Location:              500 blk S 5th Street

Arrested:              Vicki L Ford (60) of Hoopeston

Details:                 Officers responded for a domestic disturbance, while officers

                             were trying to investigate, Ford disobeyed several commands

                             made to her by the officers.  She was taken into custody and

                             issued City Citations.

Location:    500 blk E Honeywell

Details:       A diabetic testing kit was found at the above location.  Owner can identify

                   and claim at HPD.
