Recovered Bicycle

Details:       A small pink bike was recovered.  The owner may identify and claim at HPD.

 

Domestic Battery                    H19-1123

Time:            2:50pm

Location:      600 blk E Wyman Av

Complainant: 38 year old Hoopeston female

Arrested:       Kurtis Simpson (31)(M) of Hoopeston

Details:         HPD officers were called out for a disturbance and the above location.  Upon

                     investigation, Mr. Simpson was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed.  He

                     was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

 

Warrant Arrest, Driving While License Suspended                        H19-1124

Time:          4:29pm

Location:    100 blk S 5^th St

Arrested:     Sarah Hoover (37)(F) of Milford

Details:       HPD officers stopped the vehicle Ms. Hoover was driving for a traffic violation.

                   A computer check revealed that she had an outstanding Iroquois County Warrant

                   and a suspended driver’s license.  Subject was arrested and taken to HPD to be

                   processed.  She was later released after posting bond and receiving a Iroquois Co

court date.  She was also given a traffic citation and traffic court date.
