Hoopeston Police Department Report 4/3/19

Possession of Cannabis                    H19-1587    (Delayed Entry)

Date of Detention:          April 1st, 2019

Time of Detention:          11:54 AM

Location:              Hoopeston Middle School, 615 E Orange Street

Detained:              14 year old Female Juvenile

Details:       Hoopeston Police were called to the Middle School for a juvenile who had been          

                   found in possession of cannabis.  She was arrested and taken to HPD to be

                   processed.  She was later released to a guardian and given a city citation and court

                   date.

 

 

Bicycle Found,   A Gray Roadmaster was found and brought to HPD, owner may claim at City Hall. 

 

 

 

Domestic Battery                    H19-1613       V19-2487

Time:             3:03 pm

Location:       600 block of S. 7th St.

Complainant:  44 year old Hoopeston woman

Arrested:        Stone, Timothy G (M) (60) of Hoopeston

Details:          HPD officers were called to the above location on a disturbance.  Upon

                      investigation, Mr. Stone was arrested for domestic battery.  He was taken to

                      HPD, processed and later transported to the PSB in Danville to await

                      arraignment.

 

 

 

Driving While License Suspended             H19-1618

Time:          6:02pm

Location:    400 blk S Dixie Hwy

Arrested:     Montrell Smith (22) (M) of Champaign

Details:       HPD officers stopped the vehicle Mr. Smith was driving for a traffic violation.  A

                   computer check revealed that he was driving on a suspending driver’s license. 

                   Subject was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed.  He was later released with

                   a citation and traffic court date.

 

 

No Valid Driver’s License                H19-1621

Time:          9:29pm

Location:    Route 9/Lockhart St

Arrested:     Romario Perez-Coronado (23) (M) of Ambia, IN

Details:       HPD officers stopped the vehicle that Mr. Perez-Coronado was driving for a

                   mechanical issue.  A computer check revealed that subject had no driver’s

                   license.  He was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed.  He was later

                   released with a traffic citation and court date.
