Unit 1:                   2015 White Chrysler driven by Sarah M Kelnhofer (F) (36) of Hoopeston

Unit 2:                   2014 Nissan driven by Esteban Rangel (M) (70) of Hoopeston  

Details:                 At the above time HPD was request to respond to investigate an accident

Both units insured, Unit 2 had to be towed from scene to their residence.  No injuries reported time of report. 

 

 

 

Battery (City Ordinance)                 H19-1943

Time:                    9:08pm

Location:              600 block of E. Young

Arrested:              Jason Simonton (37) of Hoopeston

Details:                 Officers responded to the above in reference to a battery that had just occurred. Simonton was later located and charged with the above. Simonton was taken to HPD, processed and later released with a notice to appear.
