Hoopeston Police Department Report 6/14-6/16/19

Breach of the Peach Constituting Disorderly Conduct          H19-3197

Time:          8:02pm

Location:    500 blk E Young Av

Arrested:     Crystal Resendez (F) (36) of Hoopeston

Details:       While on patrol, HPD officers found Ms. Resendez to be walking down the road

                   yelling at the officers so loud she could be heard a block away.  She was arrested

                   on the above charge and taken to HPD to be processed.  She was later released

                   with a city citation and city court date.

 

 

Mutual Aid Fire Call to Rankin

Time:                    04:21 am

Location:    Old Rankin Grade School, N Johnson Street/W 2nd Avenue

Details:       At 0421 am Rankin Fire request Hoopeston Fire Department to respond mutual aid to the report of a large structure fire in their Village.   HFD was one several agencies on the scene.   HFD cleared the scene at 06:15 am

 

Burglary to Vehicle                          H19-3227

Time:                    8:48 PM

Location:              1100 block of Savannah Ct

Complainant:        (36) year old Hoopeston Male

Details:                 Complainant contacted HPD when he discovered entry made to his vehicle

                             without permission, as well as items missing.  Investigation continues.

 

Possession of Methamphetamine, Home Invasion        H19-3225             V19-4870

Time:             8:05pm

Location:       500 blk S 6th Av

Complainant:  33 year old Hoopeston male

Arrested:        Shauna Whitlow (30) (F) of Hoopeston

                      Brian Kinnaird (39) (M) of Hoopeston

Details:          HPD officers were called to the area for the report of a physical dispute.  Upon

                      investigation, Mr. Kinnaird was arrested for Home Invasion and Ms. Whitlow

                      was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine.  Both subjects were taken to

                      HPD to be processed.  They were later transported to the PSB in Danville to

                      await arraignment.
