Arrestee:     Cannon, Bailee E L (F) (19) of Hoopeston

Details:       At the above time, the arrestee was observed on the property of Vermilion County Housing Authority of Park View Court, which was barred from entering or being present upon. Female was transported HPD where she was processed and then release after posting bond. 

 

 

Possession of Meth; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia          H19-3541   V19-5420

Location:    8^th Ave/Penn St

Arrested:     Jacky Coffey (45) of Hoopeston

Details:       While officers were on a traffic stop Mr. Coffey was found to be in possession of Meth and Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Coffey was taken to HPD, charged with the above, processed and later transported to the PSB.
