Arrested:     Hamby, Cherrica (F) (30) of Hoopeston

Details:       HPD officers stopped the vehicle Ms. Hamby was driving for a traffic violation.  After an investigation, she was arrested on the above charges and taken to HPD to be processed.  She was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

Location:    100 blk W Main St

Arrested:     Roger Arms (M) (35) of Hoopeston

Details:       HPD officers stopped the vehicle Mr. Arms was a passenger in for a traffic

                   violation.  A computer check revealed that he had an outstanding warrant through

                   Vermilion County.  He was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed.  He was

                   later released after posting bond and given a new court date.
