Driving While License Suspended   H19-3891

Location:    400 Blk S Dixie Highway

Arrested:     Darren M Wood (35) of Paxton

Details:       Officers conducted a traffic stop after observing Mr. Wood driving. A computer

                   check confirmed that Wood was driving with a suspended license. Wood was

                   taken to HPD, where he was charged, processed, and later released with a NTA in

                   traffic court.

 

False Display of Registration           H19-3900

Time:          7:26 PM

Location:    McFerren Park

Arrested:     Timothy P Bryan (24) of Ambia, IN

Details:       Officers conducted a traffic stop after a computer check revealed the displayed

                   plate on the vehicle did not match the vehicle Mr. Bryan was driving.  A computer

                   check additionally revealed that Bryan was driving while license suspended. 

                   Bryan also had no proof of insurance. Bryan was transported to HPD, where he

                   was charged, processed, and later released with a NTA in traffic court.

 

 

Fraud                   H19-3899

Time:          7:10pm

Location:    1030 W. Chestnut St (IGA)

Details:       Officers were called to the above in reference to a counterfeit $100 bill.

Investigation continues.
