Arrested: Sage, Zacaria C (M) (30) of Hoopeston
Details: HPD was responding to report of a Burglary Alarm activation, upon arrival a male suspect was running from the scene. Suspect was apprehended and charged with the above charges. Later transported to PSB Danville. He also was charged with damaging a neighbors fence.
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia H19-4727

Location: 100 Block of North Market St.
Arrested: Sara Mahorney (32) of Hoopeston
Arrested: Coty Morgeson (28) of Hoopeston
Details: HPD conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that Mahorney was driving and Morgeson was a passenger. During the investigation Drug Paraphernalia was located. Both subjects were transported to HPD where they were processed and later released on notice to appear.
Traffic Accident H19-4730

Unit #1: 2016 Ford 4 door driven by Seirra Tobeck (F) of Watseka
Unit #2: 2018 Toyota Van driven by Judith Clark (F) of Rankin
Details: While Unit #2 was making a stop at the intersection Unit #1 failed to yield and struck the rear of Unit #2. Both units insured. No injuries reported. No citations issued.
Carrying Concealed Weapons (City Violation ordinance)

Arrested: Timothy J Schroeder (18) (M) of Hoopeston
Details: HPD was investigating a matter that occurred at Centennial Manor on September
5th. Subsequently, Schroeder was taken into custody and transported to HPD, and
later released with a notice to appear in city court.
No Valid Registration; No Valid Driver’s License; Operating Uninsured Vehicle
H19-4813

Location: Route 1/Thompson Ave
Arrested: Brandon Kinnaird (19) Hoopeston male
Details: A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle without any registration. While on the traffic stop a computer check revealed that Mr. Kinnaird did not have a valid license. Kinnaird was taken to HPD, where he was processed and later released with a notice to appear.
Disobeying Police (City Ordinance) H19-4818

Location: Market St/Elm St
Arrested: (16) year old Rantoul male juvenile
Details: Officers were dispatched to the above in reference to a verbal argument.
Once officers were on scene the above juvenile fled. The juvenile was later located, taken to HPD, processed and later was released to a guardian with a NTA in Hoopeston City Court.
