Driving Under the Influence H19-5055

Arrested: Zakary Ellrick (25) year old Milford male
Details: Officers were called to the above area in reference to a traffic complaint.
A traffic stop was conducted after officers observed the vehicle failing to stop at a stop sign. After an investigation Mr. Ellrick was transported to HPD, where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence; Disobeying Traffic Control Device; and Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
Ellrick was processed and after posting the appropriate bond was released with a Notice to Appear in Vermilion County Traffic Court.
Unlawful Display Registration, Open Title Violation, H19-5057 V19-7943

Arrested: Akins, Steven J. Jr. (M) (20) of Danville
Details: At the above time, during a traffic stop, the registration that was on the unit did belong to it. It was later discovered that the Title was in violation of the registration act. Subject was transported to PSB Danville to await arraignment before a judge. Illinois Secretary of State Police assisted in the arrest and issued several citation.

Details: Driver of Unit #1 went to back next to the apartment when his brakes gave out.
This caused him to make contact with the building. No injuries were reported,
no tickets were issued and Unit #1 is insured.

Details: Above female was arrested on a Vermilion County warrant. She was taken
HPD and later released on OR Bond and given a new court date.
