Details:              Officers were dispatched to the above area in reference to a battery that just

occurred. After speaking with the subjects Mr. Wood was taken to HPD, and later released. Report turned over to States Attorney office.

Location:            900 Block of W Orange St

Complainant:      (62) year old Hoopeston Male

Details:         Officers were called to the above address in reference to a report of broken

                             windows on a vehicle. Report was forwarded to Investigation.  

 

 

 

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Prohibited               H19-5140

Time:                 6:59P.M.

Location:           800 Block of N Market St.

Arrested:            Brody Powell (18) Hoopeston

Details:              During a traffic stop the above was found to have Drug Paraphernalia on him.

                           He was arrested and taken to HPD, later he was released with a Hoopeston

                            City notice to appear.
