Arrested: Titus Barber (41) (M) of Hoopeston

Details: Mr. Barber came into HPD on an unrelated case. A computer check revealed that he had an outstanding Vermilion County warrant for failure to appear. He was arrested, processed and later taken to the PSB in Danville in lieu of bond.

Complainant: 33 year old Hoopeston female

Details: Complainant contacted HPD officers in reference to a theft. Unknown subject(s) stole several things from the place she has been living. An investigation continues.
