Details:       HPD officer checked out with subject after already knowing he had an outstanding

                   Vermilion County warrant.  The warrant was confirmed, and Mr. Hofer was

                   arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. He was later released after posting

                   bond and given a new county court date.

Details:                 Officers attempted to stop a vehicle in the area of above when a male subject identified as Mr. Billingsley fled on foot from the vehicle. Officers were able to apprehend Mr. Billingsley, and he was transported to HPD on the above charges and released with a NTA.

Cited:                   Tyler Bruens (24) of Milford

Details:                 Officers stopped the above subject for a traffic violation in the area of above. A computer checked revealed his license to be revoked. He was transported to HPD where he was processed and released on a NTA.

                             24 year old Hoopeston male

Details:                 HPD officers responded to the above location for the report of 2 thefts.

                             Unknown suspect(s) took tools from the residence without permission.  An

                             investigation continues.
