Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (City)            H20-0230

Arrested:     Megan Lane (32) (F) of Hoopeston

                   Ashleigh E. Sosbe (38) (F) of Hoopeston

Details:       During a traffic stop, a search of the vehicle was done resulting in drug paraphernalia found. Ashleigh and Megan were transported to HPD for processing and later released with a City notice to appear.

 

 

Warrant Arrest (Vermilion County)                   H20-0237

Location:    S Market St/E Washington St

Arrested:     Javier Aguirre (44) (M) of Hoopeston

Details:       HPD officers on patrol stopped Mr. Aguirre about a bicycle issue. A computer

                   check was done on Mr. Aguirre showing he had an outstanding Vermilion County

                   warrant.  Mr. Aguirre was transported to HPD for processing and later transported

                   to PSB in lieu of bond.

Complainant:   46 year old Hoopeston male

Details:           Complainant contacted HPD in reference to a theft of property from his

                       residence.  An investigation continues.

 

 

 

Violation of Court Order/Probation                   H20-0244     2020-0441

Time:          10:33pm

Location:    600 blk W Elm St

Arrested:     14 year old male juvenile

Details:       Juvenile, who is on home confinement, was found at another location.  Subject was

                   taken to HPD and later transported to Juvenile Detention Center in Danville to

                   await a hearing.
