Burglary, Transportation of open container of alcohol                    H20-0251

Location:    W Chestnut Street/S 2^nd Ave

Arrested:     Haley Edwards(24)(F) of Hoopeston

Details:       HPD was dispatched to Marathon Gas Station for a report of Burglary. A video

showed Ms. Edwards failing to  paying for an item. She was located through a traffic stop were it was found that she had an open container of alcohol. She was transported to HPD for processing and later transported to PSB.
