Details: At this time the arrestee was taken into custody for above charge after complaint was filed with HPD. Arrestee was transported to HPD and then Transported to PSB Danville to await hearing before a judge.
WARRANT ARREST (VC) H20-0424 Time: 11:50 am Location: Hoopeston Police Dept. 301 W Main Str Hoopeston Arrestee: Solis, Belinda D (F) (36) of Hoopeston, IL Details: The arrestee came to HPD to turn herself in to take care of a warrant from Vermilion County for FTA Jury Trail 2019CM0198. She was released after posting $5,000 10% plus $75 dollars Failure to Appear Fee. New court date set and released from custody.
Battery (city) H20-0429 Time: 6:00pm Location: 700 of E Main St Complainant: 33 year of female of Hoopeston Arrested: Kristy L. Powers (40) (F) of Hoopeston Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above location for a report of domestic disturbance. Ms. Powers was arrested and transported to HPD for processing and later released with a City Notice to appear.
