Hoopeston Police Department Report 2/10/2020

Home Invasion, Aggravated Domestic Battery, Aggravated Battery H20-0556

Time: 8:01pm

Location: 500 blk E Lincoln

Complainant: 40 year old Hoopeston female

Arrested: Donald Langston (63) (M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD was called to the report of a battery in progress. Upon investigation,

Mr. Langston was arrested on the above charges. He was taken to HPD to

be processed, and was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await

arraignment

 

Warrant Arrest H20-0567

Time: 5:49pm

Location: 700 blk E Young

Arrested: Jessica Cabrales (F) (40) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officer checked out with a vehicle with the car door open. A computer check

of the owner revealed 2 outstanding Vermilion County warrants for failure to

appear. Subject was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. After posting

bond, she was released with a new court date.

 

Driving While License Suspended H20-0578

Time: 3:58pm

Location: 200 blk W. Elm

Cited: Shayonte Turkiewicz-Munson (26) of Milford

Details: Officers responded to the area for a vehicle stuck in a yard. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the driver of the vehicle, Turkiewicz-Munson. A computer check revealed her license was suspended. She was transported to HPD where she was processed and release with an NTA.

 

Driving While License Suspended, Possession of Methamphetamine H20-0585

Time: 9:11pm

Location: 5th St/Main

Arrested: Rachel Harper (36) (F) of Hoopeston

Details: While HPD officers had pulled a vehicle over, the vehicle that Ms. Harper was

driving stopped behind the traffic stop. A computer check revealed that subject

had a suspended driver’s license and was in possession of methamphetamines.

She was taken to HPD to be processed and later transported to the PSB in Danville

to await arraignment.

 

Theft of Vehicle H20-0586

Time: 10:53pm

Location: 400 W Maple St

Complainant: 26 year old Hoopeston male

Details: Complainant contacted HPD in reference to his 99 Dodge truck being stolen

from his driveway. An investigation continues
