DETAILS: HPD officers were dispatched ref a neighbor dispute. There was a report of a BB gun being shot. HPD officers didn’t find any pellets but did speak to a witness that thought they heard a “spew”

LOCATION: 700 Blk E Main Street

COMPLAINANT: Hoopeston female (23)

ARRESTED: Tyler J Henady (34) Hoopeston

DETAILS: HPD officers were dispatched to the residence. Subjs came home to find a male sleeping on their couch. When the officers woke Mr Henady up, he didn’t cooperate. Mr. Henady was placed under arrest, processed at the HPD and taken to the Vermilion County Jail.
