Disobeying Police Officer (City Ordinance)        H20-1324

Location:              600 block of W. Elm St

Arrested:              Brandon Grills (20) (M) of Hoopeston

Details:                 Officers were called to the above in reference to a child custody agreement.

                             While on scene, Grills refused to comply with officer’s request and was charged with the above. Grills was taken to HPD, processed and later released with a notice to appear in Hoopeston City Court.
