No Valid Driver’s License, Uninsured Vehicle and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Arrested: Josh R Hasbargen (26) (M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. A computer search showed the Mr. Hasbargen did not have a valid driver’s license. A search of the vehicle was

done and drug paraphernalia was found. Mr. Hasbargen was arrested and transported to HPD for processing and later released on a city court date for drug paraphernalia and was given a Vermilion County Court date for not have a valid Driver’s license.
