Health officials announced two new cases of COVID-19 in Vermilion County.

One case involves a Vermilion County resident in their 30s, while the second case involves a Vermilion County resident in their 60s.

One of the individuals is hospitalized and the other is recovering at home.

Both were tested in Champaign County.

There are now a total of seven COVID-19 cases in Vermilion County.
