Unit 2 2011 Mazda CX7 driven by Teresa Carreno-Diaz (56) (F) of Hoopeston 
Details: Driver of Unit 2 was eastbound on E. Washington St. when Unit 1 was south Bound on S 3rd St entering into the intersection of E Washington St Driver of unit 2 then struck Unit 1 in the passenger side of the vehicle. Driver of Unit was at fault and given a citation for disobeying Yield Sign, No Injuries, Both Unit insured.

Arrested: Mason T English (19) (M) of Hoopeston 
Details: HPD officers were dispatched for a vehicle driving erratically. Mr. English was found in the above location and a computer search showed him to have a suspended license. Mr. English was arrested and taken to HPD for processing and later released with a Vermilion County Court Date.
