Disobeying Police and Breach of peace constituting disorderly conduct H20-1706

Arrested: Jennifer M Watkins (35) (F) of Rossville

Details: HPD officers were called to the above location for a disturbance between and male and female. On arrival Ms. Watkins was being uncooperative with the officer and refusing to give proper identification. Ms. Watkins was transported to HPD for processing and later given a notice to appear in City Court.

Complainant: 39 year old Hoopeston female

Arrested: Nyere Roberson (39) (M) homeless

Details: On May 1, HPD officers were called to the area of 3rd St and E Honeywell

for a domestic battery call. Upon arrival, Mr. Roberson had fled the area. On

May 2, a witness called HPD to give the location of Mr. Roberson. Officers

found subject, arrested him and took him to HPD to be processed. He was later

transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
