Arrested: Michael Mora (30) (M) of Hoopeston

Jose Garcia (33) (M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were called to the above location for the report of a fight in

progress. Upon investigation, subjects were arrested and taken to HPD to

be processed. Mr. Garcia was charged with Obstructing/Resisting Peace

Officer and was released with a county court date. Mr. Mora was charged with

Aggravated Domestic Battery, Domestic Battery and Obstructing/Resisting

Peace Officer and was taken to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
