Time: 8:09PM

Location: 500 blk of S 6th Ave

Complaint: 27 year old Female of Hoopeston

Arrested: Audrey Powell(36)(F) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched for a complaint of someone attempting to fight. Mrs.

Powell was located and arrested. Mrs. Powell was transported to HPD for processing and later released with a City notice to apprear.
