Domestic Battery, Unlawful Restraint, Resisting Arrest H20-2637

Location: 500 blk S 6th Av

Complainant: 23 year old Hoopeston female

Arrested: Joseph Pate (25) (M) Homeless

Details: HPD officers were called to the above location for the report of a domestic issue.

After an investigation, Mr. Pate was arrested for the above charges and taken to

HPD to be processed. He was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await

arraignment.

 

Warrant Arrest H20-2644

Time: 10:38pm

Location: 500 blk E Honeywell

Arrested: Summer Handy (39) (F) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers was called to the above in reference to a possible warrant. A

computer check revealed that Ms. Handy had an outstanding Iroquois County

warrant. She was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. She was later

transported to Iroquois County by an Iroquois County Deputy.
