Details: Fire Alarm, activated due to some type of malfunction of an AC Unit, then multiple alarms activated HFD responded to check out the issues.

 

Disorderly Conduct (City Ordinance) H20-2780

Time: 1854hrs

Location: Parkview Court Apartments

Arrested: Audrey Powell (36) of Hoopeston

Details: Officers responded for a report of a disturbance in the area of above. Mrs. Powell was reported to be causing a disturbance in the area with neighbors. She was arrested and transported to HPD where she was processed and released with a city NTA.
