We have 24 active cases. (22 are home and 2 are hospitalized). 3 new cases were confirmed today.
We have tested 6,328 people (6,261 were negative and 67 were positive). We have currently tested about 8.4% of our population in Vermilion County. For comparison, Illinois has tested about 12.9% and the US has tested about 10.8%

Our new cases appear to also be travel related. It is imperative to spread the word of the risks of traveling.
Testing Locations:
OSF – only testing symptomatic individuals and pre-op patients through a doctors order
Carle – Testing employees, First Responders, and Carle Patients – you do not have to be asymptomatic
Aunt Martha’s – testing anyone – walk-in, no out of pocket costs, every day during regular hours. (I have attached Aunt Martha’s New Flier for testing)
Mobile Units – We are looking at getting COVID-19 mobile testing units here in Vermilion County at 4 locations. We will have more information about that when they are scheduled and locations are secured. It looks like the middle of July is our target dates. More information to come.
