Complainant: 24 year old Hoopeston Woman

Arrested: Jones, Max A (M) (48) of Hoopeston

Details: At the complainant contacted Hoopeston Police reference to a male subject who was passed out in their truck without permission, and had been in their home, prior to being found. Subject was awoken by the officer taken into custody on the above charges and transported to HPD processed and held for time period till he sobered up enough to function on his own without being a danger to himself or the public. Notice to Appear on the above charges were issued for Hoopeston City Court.

Time: 9:00pm

Location: 500 blk S 6th Av

Arrested: Joseph Cannon (47) (M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers checked out with Mr. Cannon and a computer check revealed he

had an outstanding Vermilion County warrant. He was taken to HPD to be

processed. He was later released after posting bond and given a new county

court date.
