Traffic Accident (PI Minor) H20-3026

Unit 1: 2001 Triumph MC driven by Christian A Davis (M) (21) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD was requested to respond to a report of PI with Minor injuries single motorcycle. Mr. Davis reported that while riding the motorcycle it possibly locked up and throwing the rider into the street. Arrow Ambulance responded and transported the victim to Carle Hoopeston to be checked out. Motorcycle was insured. Mr. Davis was issued Citation for operation of a Motorcycle without proper classification. Court date set for Vermilion County

Disobeying Police (city) H20-3049

Time: 11:35pm

Location: 700 blk S 2nd Av

Arrested: Elbert Cannon (54) (M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers responded to the above location for the report of a domestic issue.

Mr. Cannon was arrested after repeatedly not doing what officers requested him

to do. He was transported to HPD to be processed. He was later released with a

city ticket and court date.
