Arrested: Jocelyn Shields (21) (F) of Goodwine

Details: HPD received a call in reference to a vehicle coming into town and appeared that

it had been in a wreck. Officers caught up to vehicle at the above location. Ms.

Shields advised officers that the vehicle had been in a wreck however she was

driving it for someone else. Subject was placed under arrest and brought to the

station for processing. She was later released with traffic citations. An

investigation continues.

Details: HPD received information of an active warrant from Vermilion County warrant. She was located and transported HPD processed then she posted bond amount and released with new court date.
