The City of Hoopeston Police Department has promoted Officer Ryan Garfield from part time status to fulltime. Officer Garfield has been with the Hoopeston Police Department since March 2020 and will begin his fulltime duties August 5, 2020.

Officer Garfield comes to us from Watseka, IL where he was born and raised. He began his career in law enforcement with the Watseka Police Department where he was employed for 11 years. Officer Garfield now resides with his wife and children within the City of Hoopeston.
