Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, Operating Uninsured Vehicle H20-3577

Time: 3:57am

Location: E Orange near RR tracks

Arrested: Trey Anderson (M) (24) of Rossville

Details: HPD officers found the vehicle that Mr. Anderson was driving parked in the

middle of the road. An investigation found open alcohol inside the vehicle.

Subject was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. He was later released

with above citations and county court date.

Arrested: Linsey M Warner (32) (F) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers were dispatched to the above location for a disturbance. Ms.

Warner was located and transported to HPD for processing and later released

with a city notice to appear.
