Update on Cases

One new case and five releases today brings our total of active cases to 30.  All of the active cases are at home in isolation and we have no one hospitalized at this moment.  Today’s positive case is a resident in their 90s, and is related to a positive case from yesterday.   I do not have information of the symptoms.    

You may have noticed that Region 4 (not us) has been put on extra restrictions due to their positivity rate being over 8% over an extended amount of time.  I have included the site to look at what those restriction are to give you an idea what happens if our region, which is Region 6, gets in to the same predicament.  They are not moving back to Phase 3, but rather certain restrictions to help get them back down so they do not move back to phase 3.  http://www.dph.illinois.gov/news/region-4-mitigation-measures
