Property Damaged: Street Light Head and Power Pole broken off belonging to Ameren Illinois

Details: The semi was making a U-Turn at the intersection when it made contact with the Utility Pole causing it to break and fall. Damage to the pole and light fixture also.

Location: 300 W Penn St

Arrested: Kayla R Petty(26)(F)of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above location for a report of Criminal

Damage report. Ms. Petty was issued a City Notice to appear. Ms. Petty was mailed a copy of the citation.
