Driving While License Revoked, Operating Uninsured Vehicle H20-4078

Location: 700 Blk S Second Ave

Arrested: Malik S Lacy (23) (M) of Champaign

Details: During a traffic stop a computer search showed Mr. Lacy to have a

revoked license. Mr. Lacy was arrested and transported to HPD for

processing and later released with Vermilion County Court date.

 

Declaration and Disposition of Nuisance Dog (City Ord) H20-4407

Location: 600 Blk of W Elm

Arrested: Holly Irvin (40) (F) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above location for a report of loose dog.

Ms. Irvin was located and given a City Notice to appear.
