Unit 1: 2006 Buick driven by: Vera K Crozier (F) (87) of Hoopeston

Unit 2: 2011 Chevy Work Truck driven by: Joel H Redeker (M) (25) of Crescent City

Unit 3: 2015 Red Ford owned by Ford of Hoopeston

Unit 4: 2017 Gray Ford UT owned by Ford of Hoopeston

Unit 5: 2017 White Ford owned by Ford of Hoopeston

Unit 6: 2017 Copper Tone Ford Escape owned by Ford of Hoopeston

Details: At the above time and date, Unit 1 was southbound on South Dixie Highway entered the turning lane to make left turn into oncoming traffic. Unit 1 was struck by Unit 2 which was north bound on South Dixie Highway. Collision left the highway into the lot of Ford of Hoopeston striking Units 3,4,5,6, causing damage. Driver of Unit 1 was transported directly to Carle Urbana for treatment and assessment. Driver of Unit 2 was not transported at time of accident report. Both Units 1 & 2 had to be towed from scene by Carnaghi’s Towing. Both Unis insured.

Unit 1: 2004 Dodge Caravan Driven by: Sabas Villarreal (M) (62) of Ambia Indiana

Unit 2: 2014 Ford SUV Driven by: Concepsion Palomo (F) (47) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD was requested to respond and investigate an accident on the lot of the McDonalds, upon arrival it was determined that the driver of Unit 1 did not have a valid Driver’s License, No Insurance, and then was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance. Driver of Unit 1 was cited for No Valid driver’s License, No Valid Insurance as part of the accident. Unit 2 minor injuries reported time of the accident.
