Details: While on a traffic stop a computer check revealed Luhrsen to have an outstanding Vermilion County warrant (19CM0679) Subject posted bond and was released with a new court date.

Unit 1: 2000 Jeep Cherokee driven by Justin R Jones(17)(M)of Hoopeston

Unit 2: 2009 Harley Davidson Motorcycle driven by Chad Stephen(41)(M)of Hoopeston.

Details: Unit 2 was traveling northbound on Route 1. Unit 1 was traveling southbound on route 1 when he got into the turn lane to turn left into McDonald’s parking lot. Driver of Unit 1 did not see Unit 2 and turned in front of his motorcycle causing a collision and rider of Unit 2 to be thrown from his motorcycle. Driver of Unit 2 transported to the hospital for injuries. No citations.
