Arrested: Marci Howey (46) (F) of Indianapolis, IN.

Details: HPD officer conducted a traffic stop. A quick search of the vehicle resulted

in possession of methamphetamines, drug paraphernalia. Ms. Howey was

arrested and transported to HPD for processing and later transported to PSB.

residence. Fire department cleared after finding no leaks.
